The appointment is set for 29 December 2014 21.15 p.m. at Teatro Curci of Barletta.Twist the charm and atmosphere of joyous Traditional new year’s concert, which, like every year, is proposed by the Associazione Cultura e Musica “g. Curci“, in the splendid setting of the Teatro Curci and like every year, will record a sell-out.
On stage the Lviv Philarmonica Orchestra, conducted by bravissimo Volodymyr Syvokhip.
The story of the orchestra in Lviv has more than two centuries of birth and is linked to internationally renowned names that have made the history of Russian and European symphonic music as Joseph Elsner, JohanMederich Gallus, Franz Xaver Mozart, Karol Lypynsky, Joseph Baszni, Karol Mikuli, and Meczyslaw AdamSoltys, Ludwig Czelanski, Henry Jarezki, Henry Meltzer-Szavinski. At the beginning of the 20th century, the orchestra was directed by conductors such as Gustav Mahler, Richard Strauss and Ruggiero Leoncavallo that have fattodiventare Lviv Philarmonica one of the most famous orchestras of the former Soviet Union.
The orchestra began operating as the Philharmonic from 1933, only distinguished by lyrical activity that today has its own opera season.
Besides Adam Soltys, the directors who were signed as the Philharmonic stable range from JacobMund, Jerzy Kolachkovski, Stephan Sledzinski to conductors invited as Kazimierz Vilkomirski, TadeuszMazurkevych, German Scherkhen, Ignaz Neumark, Yasha Gorenstein, Grzegorz Fitelberg.
In December 1939 the new Soviet authorities passed the Lvov Symphony orchestra under regional uniting, whose founders were Mykola Kolessa and Isaac pain. for more than eighty years, the Philharmonic has its own concert season and in recent decades have collaborated with the greatest conductors and soloists such as d. The Waltz of the flowers to the Overture of “the bat“, from Brindisi of La Traviata at the Kaiser Waltz, from southern Rose “voices of spring“ to the Pizzicato Polka and many other waltzes and polkas, yet up to conclude with the traditional and exciting “Radetzky March“.
